Mayfair Building Services Ltd. offers complete janitorial and cleaning services as well as full or part-time building Caretaker service for your buildings.  This includes carpet cleaning, window cleaning, as well as pressure washing of your sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots. (The cleaning chemicals we use are environmentally friendly.) We also provide snow clearing, salting and re-lamping services.

We, here at Mayfair Building Services Ltd. have been in the janitorial business for the past twenty (28) years and have thirty-seven (37) years of management and supervisory experience as well as reliability in the building maintenance industry.  The majority of our clients have been with us for a number of years as have our key employees.  Employee and customer loyalty have made Mayfair very service oriented.  Some of our present and long time clients include Kodak , Lululemon and Power Tech.

We believe in a hands-on approach to our business.  For emergency purposes we are available twenty-four (24) hours a day.  Our employees are extensively trained (including W.H.M.I.S.), conscientious, and take pride in their work.  Our employees are fully insured (Mayfair currently carries $5,000,000 liability insurance), bonded, dependable and at the same time they are fully supervised.  Mayfair Building Services Ltd. is in good standing with the Workers Compensation Board (#495728).
